No Future Sex Pistols Tribute Band is one of the most authentic pistols tribute bands in the world, few other sex pistols band has clothing as authentic as us or the amount of different pistols looks that No Future can do or the light shows and projections and other effects that make a No Future show so original all these things take a pistols tribute to the nest level. No future are Kent's Sex pistols Tribute band. . No Future can honestly say that they are most likely one of the most authentic. every effort has been taken to try and reproduce the spirit of the Sex Pistols and its all about having fun. No Future play nothing but sex pistols music in the spirit of 1977 and wear seditionaries clothing they even try to wear the right clothes (as close as they can)that were done on famous gigs and vids ie the river boat look or the pretty vacant video or the last gig, they try to be as realistic as possible, they try to use the right instruments ie no fakes kevs gibson even has the stickers No Future try to do justice to the best rock n roll band ever "THE SEX PISTOLS" No Future Play like the pistols did, hard hitting rock show warts and all, .No Future play mainly in kent uk and have played in Europe. No Future started on 26th JULY 2006 at the Deal punk rock festival, "we started as a one of a kind of joke really to mark the 30th anniversary of punk rock Gym Rotten remembers "I had not even met Bomber Vicious until he walked on the stage with a drummer who I still to this day dont know who he was" The gig went quite well considering it was a spur of the moment thing, we loved doing it and people seemed to like us. A month later No Future had a full line up and found themselves by a twist of fate supporting the legendary UK Subs. It was the start of something that would go from a one of to a band that has lasted over 3 years. During the 1st year No Future embarked on the "Flogging a dead horse tour" which was mainly dates around Kent and London and another support slot with the UK Subs. The next year in 2007 No Future did the "Where’s the lucre tour" this was mainly made up of gigs at festivals like Lounge on the farm and the Sellindge festival and of course the Lille France gig that was fantastic fun. After this Gym Rotten went to Singapore and was interviewed on 938 live for media corp Singapores main media company. Later in 2008 Gym and his wife bought a rehearsal room at aution this resulted in No Future being featured on the TV show Homes under the hammer. Towards the end of 2008 No Future decided it would be Fun to audition for Britains got tallent 2009 of which they were used as the intro to the show for the London edition. No Future also had a track played on Hornel radio in America. In 2009 No future were played on Radio Kent and were dubbed "Almost as bad as the original" which later became No Future's catch phrase as they thought it was so funny. It was then decided to record an EP so No Future went to Blusounds ltd in Maisondieu Rd Dover as they had worked with Luke Jordan before when he had done sound at concerts in the past. Luke did a fantastic job with the help from Ben from more than normal they produced a great EP with the tracks Anarchy in the UK, God save the queen, Holidays in the sun and Pretty vacant. Gym Rotten said "Luke did a great job he mastered it after studying the original album." 2009 was also the start of the "Kiss This Tour" No Future started this in Sheerness the next date will be 5th June at Quarterhouse in Folkestone. there are further date to be announced including the "Medway Aces" garden of England scooter rally in july. No Future we also played on German radio. No Future are taking bookings for the rest of 2009 but they will only play about 1 gig a month as they feel the Pistols should not be a daily event or it would lose its magic for both us and the audience The Anarchy EP is recorded and produced by: Blusounds ltd 59 Maisondieu Rd Dover CT161RA Tel 07903114561 email luke@blusounds.co.uk www.blusounds.co.uk The Anarchy EP has 4 Tracks. Anarchy In The UK, God Save The Queen, Pretty Vacant, Holidays In The Sun. No Future are reforming to do just a few gigs a year. In 2010 Clive formaly of ATV has replaced Kev "Fatty" Jones on guitar
