Line-up:
RAZIL RAZIL RAZIL - LEAD VOCALS,LYRICS,FEATHERS
ALFREDO - GUITARS, LEAD/RHYTHM
IKHMAL - BASS,FALSETTO-SPEECH,GO-GO DANCER
JAZMIN - KEYBOARDS
MATT RAHAM - DRUMS , RICE AND MORE RICE
sadistic disco.
i believe the word "men", shall be enough for women, to drool.
now, try this.
let's all gather in silence and derive a mental picture from the word, "masochists".
*shivers*.
you shall take my hand and let me lead you through, fellow mortals of the earth.
the perfect way to describe the mixed concoction of the witty, bipolaric sound that
Catalogue V has generously provided us with is,"schizo- pop".
first, you take that equation, steal a little theatrical values of danger, mystery, wits for
words and add a soothing, sensual voice out from Mr suave frontman, razilrazilrazil. but of
course, what is a voice without instruments? i warn you, do not let your dear life be
blinded by, Mr Alfredo's electric guitar croons, literally, spooning you
on your back, ladies.and of course, like every dish, a little salt to balance off every taste
to tingle your palates, just like Mr Mal's subtle and almost vague, fingering of the bass.
finally,to top off the ménage à trois, a constant rhythm is an essential,to keep it all
on track and that, shall be Mr Matt Raham's pleasure to take,on the drums.
Without a doubt, the level of versatility, from recent upbeat tracks like, "No You" and
"Over Again", in vast comparison, to the bruised but passionate ballad, "Right To Be Wrong",
is enough proof that Catalogue V, naturally, caters to most of the genre trends that fellow
fans will succumb to, but, only with a funky original twist of their own.
Previous notable performances, includes,Yamaha Asianbeat, The Arena and Homeclub,
back in 2009.
Predictable? NOT.

by Alfredo 1 year agoThere's a survey going on at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XTXRPQF on which local band you'd like to see at this year's IGNITE. Just takes 5 mins or less to complete. So put us there if you wanna see us at IGNITE 2010. Tell your friends!
