Songwriting Competition organized by Coffee and Tea Dreamworks and STOMP
First off, we would like to mark the partnership between
Live4MusiC and Coffee
and Tea Dreamworks.
Live4MusiC will be one of the official supporting online media for
Coffee and Tea Dreamworks in their ongoing contest, "Be The
SUPERSTAR In You". This is held in conjunction with the STOMP
Lyrical Contest, both of which are identical but held on different
platforms.
In essence, this is a songwriting contest whereby contestants submit 4-6 lines of lyrical composition and the winner stands to win a complete Dreamz-Superstar Cartoon Animation with total worth value of $3,500. This includes the whole music and video production from lyrics revision, melody implementation, to cartoon and video production.
After more than 2 months of lyrical entries, 2 winners have finally emerged! And Live4MusiC would like to congratulate the 2 deserving winners:
Goh Si Hui, a student from NTU, the winner of the "Be The SUPERSTAR In You" Contest, and
Mohamed Naguib bin Ngadnan, a teacher, the winner of the STOMP Lyrical Contest.
This can be called a perfect result with one represetative for English listeners and one for the Chinese listeners =)
The lyrics these contestants have produced we believe should spur on all aspiring lyricists out there! Beautifully written with interesting choice of words coupled with heart-wrenching emotions. The lyrics can be found here.
The 2 main organizers are of course STOMP, which needs no further introduction, as well as Coffee and Tea Dreamworks, a one-stop service provider for wedding couples in photography, videography and multimedia presentation services, giving wed-to-bes a truly unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience! Special mention would be their forte in Caricature-style of wedding cartoon animations.
Coffee and Tea Dreamworks has therefore stepped out of their comfort zone and is extending their expertise to aspiring songwriters like you and me to own our very own professionally produced Music Cartoon Animation Video.
The winners will be going through the production process in the next 3 months and we will keep everyone updated on the happenings!
Together with the main organizers, Coffee and Tea Dreamworks and STOMP, this contest would not have been possible without the rest of the supporting organizations, Intune Music School, Creatune LLP, Extraordinary Weddings and Le Satchi Design.
