Live4MusiC Spotlight, an initiative from Live4MusiC aimed to provide a platform for musicians to expose themselves more and gain valuable playing experience, couldn't have started off stronger. Beginning from Maska Bar, we will be exploring more venues to allow the showcase of music across all genres!

Gracing our first spotlight was Swiftblade, Jordan from Pixel Apartment, and DELTA.

When: 20th November 2009, Friday
Where: Maska bar (50, Armenian Street, Opposite Substation)
Line-Up:

1030pm - 1130pm: Swiftblade (Acoustic Rock)
1130pm - 1230am: Jordan from Pixel Apartment (Acoustic Blues/Jazz/Rock) 
1230am - 130am: DELTA (Classic, Experimental, Pop, Modern, Progressive, Top 40's, Jazz, Pop, and Folk)

This is the first rendition of our very own Live4MusiC spotlight whereby talented bands are given an opportunity to showcase their musicianship! Through this, we hope to give experience and exposure to bands, identify talented bands, and of course most importantly, to have fun!

We will constantly be having slots for talented bands to play at Maska Bar, called "Live4MusiC Spotlight".

There are still some openings for band performances in November, particularly on Fridays, and this will go on for the following months.

On top of that, we will be organizing a 2-3 Day Gig during Xmas!

As per our 1st gig, we do not require selling of tickets. Bands also stand a chance to be shortlisted and be recalled as a house band or on a ad-hoc basis where allowance will be provided.

The first ever event organized by Live4MusiC hoping to bring good fun and experience to both performers as well as music lovers, proudly sponsored by a new bar in town, Maska! 

Expect to hear tunes from Incubus, Lifehouse, Velvet Revolver etc!

Hollowpoint, formerly known as Allude, was formed in June 2007 by members Joshua, Hari and Geoffrey.

The trio did not let the departure of their former lead singer and bassist hinder their drive to create and play music but went on to recruit new bassist Shahrull to complete their line-up.

Expect popular tunes from chart toppers such as Daughtry, Lady Gaga, Maroon 5, U2 and more!

KR Rockers are a group of 30 musicians from NUS Kent Ridge Hall and is aimed at giving all aspiring musicians a chance for exposure.

Those who are residents of NUS halls will surely be more than aware of the musical talents of the KR Rockers.

The line-up playing at Rocktober Fest will be:
